Our 12U boys program takes players to the next level as they continue developing the skills and game sense they’ll carry into advanced competition. Teams compete in the Lancaster-Lebanon/Berks Youth Lacrosse League, giving athletes meaningful game experience in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Who Can Play?

• Open to boys ages 11–12

Season Snapshot

• Season: February through late May

• Games: Typically 8 regular-season games plus tournament opportunities

• Format: Full-field 10v10 lacrosse, mirroring the structure of higher-level play

Our Philosophy
Aligned with USA Lacrosse guidelines, the 12U level focuses on honing technical skills, introducing tactical understanding, and helping players feel confident applying both during real game situations. Every athlete should experience growth, challenge, and belonging.

At this stage, we emphasize:

• Skill in Action — using technical abilities effectively during games

• Tactical Growth — exploring and applying new strategies as the game becomes more competitive
