Our 14U boys program is the final step before high school lacrosse—where players sharpen their skills, strengthen their game IQ, and embrace the competitive side of the sport. Teams compete in the Lancaster-Lebanon/Berks Youth Lacrosse League, facing strong opponents and gaining valuable experience that builds confidence for the next level.

Who Can Play?

• Open to boys ages 13–14

• 15-year-olds enrolled in 8th grade are also eligible

Season Snapshot

• Season: February through late May

• Games: Typically 10 regular-season games, plus tournaments and playoffs

• Format: Full-field 10v10, mirroring high-school level play

Our Philosophy
According to USA Lacrosse guidelines, 14U is where athletes truly begin stepping into a competitive mindset. Players learn how to apply advanced tactics, make smart in-game decisions, and elevate their overall play—all while growing as teammates and leaders.

At this level, we emphasize:
