Step Up: 7th & 8th Grade Girls Lacrosse
Overview
At this level, lacrosse becomes more strategic, team-focused, and competitive. Players continue to sharpen their skills, expand their game knowledge, and master advanced tactics—all while preparing for high school lacrosse.
Season Snapshot

When: February through mid-May

Practice: Three 90-minute sessions per week at Snyder Park

Gameplay: Full-field 12v12 (11 field players + 1 goalie)

Games: Five action-packed weekends, with 2 games per day

Tournaments: Opportunity to participate in up to 3 exciting tournaments
